12 Days Luxury Tanzania Safari and Zanzibar Beach Holiday

Day 1: Arrive in Tanzania

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International airport in Tanzania, meet and greet then transfer to Arusha Venus Premier Hotel, check in and our safari expert will visit you for safari briefing then overnight at Venus Premier Hotel in HB (Dinner and Breakfast).

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

Today, after breakfast transfer to Lake Manyara for game drive in the park. Enjoy full game drive at Lake Manyara National Park, breakfast and lunch and Overnight at Marera Valley Lodge.

Visit Lake Manyara National Park.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

Morning after Breakfast transfer to Serengeti National Park for a full game drive in the park.

Dinner and overnight at Tortilis Camp Luxury Serengeti.

“The endless plains of Serengeti are also the setting for the world’s greatest wildlife spectacle – the 1.5 million wildebeest endless migration in search for fresh pastures Each year this huge herd of wildebeest (along with over 200,000 zebra and gazelle) migrate in a clockwise direction around the Serengeti, up to the Masai Mara in Kenya and then back down to the Serengeti to have their young (over 8000 wildebeest are born a day between mid Feb and mid-March). Each year they trek over 2,500km and are constantly threatened and followed by some of Africa’s greatest predators. Depending on the time of your visit, your driver guide will be able to share with you where the herd’s current located”.

The Serengeti National Park is the world’s last great wildlife refuge as it contains an estimated three million large animals, most of which take part in a seasonal migration that is one of nature’s wonders. The area covers 14,763 sq kms, the name Serengeti comes from the Maasai ‘Siringet’, meaning.

Day 4: Ngoro Ngoro Conservation Area

Leave Serengeti with on the way game drive in Serengeti National Park to Ngoro Ngoro Crater for a full game drive in the crater, you will also Visit the Massai Community, dinner and overnight at Marera Valley Lodge.

*Ngoro Ngoro Conservation Area:
After breakfast, descend into the crater for a crater game tour.

Drinking water will be provided every day per person. Often called the eighth natural wonder of the world, the Ngoro Ngoro Crater is the largest intact crater in the world. About 2 million years ago the Ngoro Ngoro volcano erupted, and its walls collapsed. The volcano floor sank to create a natural enclosure with its 600m tall walls. Now, at over 19 kilometres wide, Ngoro Ngoro Crater is filled with great areas of acacia forest, hippo filled swamps and open grasslands. These different habitats contain over 30,000 animals – including elephants, warthogs, flamingos, magnificent birdlife, the rare black rhinoceros and all the predatory cats. The Maasai can also be seen grazing their cattle alongside the buffalo and wildebeest.

Day 5: Safari to Tarangire National Park – Fly to Zanzibar

Today, have the full game drive at Tarangire National Park, breakfast, Lunch then transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport fly to Zanzibar with ATC at 19:40hrs.

* “Tarangire National Park is almost 3000sq km in size and is probably best known for its huge numbers of elephants and baobab trees. The name of the park comes from the Tarangire River which crosses through the park. Tarangire is especially spectacular during the dry season (June – November) as wildlife concentrations rival that of the Serengeti (since enormous populations of elephants and other animals are drawn to the Tarangire River as their only source of water). With its varied habitats and permanent water in the Tarangire River the park is home to over 2000 elephants and 500 bird species”.

** Direct flight to Zanzibar will take only one hour to Arrive Zanzibar at 20:40hrs. Meet and Greet with your driver and transfer to Stone town overnight at Golden Tulip Hotel for overnight in the heart of Stone town, set menu dinner at Freddy Mercury Restaurant.

Day 6: Stone Town and Spice Tour – Beach Resort

Today, enjoy breakfast at Hotel, then proceed to Stone town and Prison Island Lunch at spice farm enjoy spice tour then transfer to  Karafuu Beach Resort and Spa 5*

Day 7: Free Time at Beach Resort.

Free time at Resort, relaxation overnight at Karafuu Beach Resort and Spa 5*. Meal plan in Breakfast and Dinner.

Day 8 , 9,10, 11: Free time in Beach Resort in Zanzibar

Free time at Resort, relaxation overnight at Karafuu Beach Resort and Spa 5*. Meal plan in Breakfast and Dinner.

Day 12: Departure Day

Today, after breakfast free time at 13:00hrs transfer to Zanzibar airport to departure with Qatar airways fly at 17:20hrs back home.
